If you need to cancel or reschedule the session, please, give me no less than 48 – hour notice, otherwise the full charge will apply. However, I accept that some circumstances may be unexpected and in such cases I will not charge you if you urgently need to cancel or reschedule the session. I will also fully refund you or reschedule the session if due to unforeseen circumstances I am not able to keep our appointment.
